All items are handmade to order, turn around is up to 3 weeks. Occasionally this may need to be extended & you will be contacted ASAP.
Returns will not be accepted unless faulty, so please choose sizing correctly and include any information needed with the correct spelling : )
In the case of returns, faulty or incorrect item must be received before replacement is sent out.
All items are subject to stock levels, as the stock is outsourced from other British companies delays can occur.
*Please note, I love what I do, however I do run the business around looking after my 5 year old daughter & 10 month old little boy. Please take this in to account when ordering, you are not ordering from a large company with staff members. It is just me.
I try my very hardest to not keep people waiting too long for their orders, but if you are unhappy with the turn around time please do not order. Having to answer emails regarding when an item will be posted, when it is within turn around is a big admin job that takes up a lot of time. Thank you : )
